Rebekah lansley
There is absolutely no feeling like the one you experience when stepping out on stage and this is something magical that Rebekah couldn’t let go of from a young age. Following her passion, Rebekah has studied both Acting and Musical Theatre and she couldn’t imagine herself doing anything else!
A few of Rebekah’s more recent roles include Hope Harcourt in Anything Goes, Midge Harvey in Agatha Christie’s The Hollow, Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady, Margaret in Dear Brutus, Daisy Llewellyn in Elephants and Gertie Cummings in Oklahoma! 2019 saw Rebekah make her Edinburgh Fringe debut, as Mhairi Duncan, in the Scottish musical, Macpherson’s Rant. In 2018 Rebekah performed professionally at the Royal Lyceum Theatre, Edinburgh in August Strindberg’s play Creditors and was involved in productions of La Traviata and Madama Butterfly with Ellen Kent Opera and Ballet International at The Edinburgh Playhouse, also in 2018. Rebekah is lucky enough to have performed in nearly all of the theatres in Edinburgh, however, she always looks forward to returning to perform at the Church Hill Theatre, which was the very first theatre in Edinburgh she performed in over 10 years ago as a young dancer. Rebekah has thoroughly enjoyed becoming Lady Caroline and has taken to method acting to fully embrace her sunbathing, gin drinking and party lifestyle - purely for acting purposes, of course. Rebekah is “molto felice” to be returning to Threepenny Theatricals again this year in Enchanted April alongside the rest of the talented cast and hopes that you enjoy your time with them in sunny San Salvatore - All Italia! - Biography taken from the programme for Enchanted April (2022) |
